Procedure 

Application:

-Screening

-Monitoring

-Detection Reinfections with Syphilis

Place specimen onto the reaction slide

Spread to cover reaction area

Add a drop of EUROCARB R.P.R. antigen and mix to cover reaction area, rotate for 8 minutes.

Positive

Distinctive Agglutination

Negative
