COLORWAVE CO7000

The Colorwave CO7000 Medical Colorimeter is designed for use by Doctors and medical Technologists in small and medium sized clinics. It will withstand high temperatures and humidity.

Simple to use:

Operation is easy with only three buttons: reference, test and on/off.

The wavelength is changed by using a thumbwheel.

Designed for clinical applications:

The CO7000 contains 10 sealed glass filters covering the wavelengths 400 t0 700nm making it ideal for clinical/medical applications.

Versatile:

The CO7000 is an 'open' system that accommodates both conventional wet reagents and kits.

The CO7000 requires only a small volume of reagent (min 0.4ml) in a cuvette or tube. It can be powered by an external power adaptor or an internal battery making instrument portable and usable where main electricity are unreliable.

COLORWAVE CO7500

The colourwave CO7500 is designed with students in mind. The CO7500 is the natural successor to the well established CO70 unit. The choice of absorbance or % Transmission readout allows explanation of the fundamentals of colorimetry. The integral kinetics mode permits the study of rates of reaction and results can be output to PC, chart recorder or printer.

Simple to use:

An uncluttered digital display, coupled with simple push button control make the colourwave ideal for beginners. reading can be displayed as absorbance Units or % transmission with one button push.

Robust:

The colourwave CO7500 is compact and robust to withstand rigors of the teaching environment. Eight filters covering the range 440 - 700nm are held in an integral filter wheel preventing any accidental loss or damage. They can be exchanged if required.

Versatile:

When the colourwave is switched to kinetic mode, reading are taken approximately every second, recording results on the display and also via the analogue and digital outputs.

The colourwave is available in mains and battery / mains powered versions.
